ALTRIA GROUP, INC. will host its Annual Meeting of Shareholders virtually via a live webcast on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. (ET). Shareholders of record as of March 25, 2024 will be able to vote their shares and submit questions online during the meeting.

If you would like to attend the Annual Meeting and you have your 16-digit control number (included on your proxy card, notice of Internet availability of proxy materials, voting instruction form or e-delivery notification), you may log in up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. If you are not a shareholder of record or do not have a control number, you may still access the meeting as a guest using the Guest Login. Guests will not be able to submit questions or vote during the meeting.
